This page has one purpose: the list for The Glam Era. We process personal data only when you join the list, when you accept the Meta pixel, or when you write to us. The page sets no cookies. Your language choice is remembered locally by your browser and is not sent to us.

1. The list

When you join, we store your first name, your email address, the language you chose, the time, the version of the consent text, your position on the list and, if you arrived through a tagged link, a short identifier of that link. When you click the confirmation link in our email (double opt-in), we store the time of confirmation. Without confirmation we do not write to you.

We use this data solely to send you occasional news about the Glam Era and to tell you first when it opens. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future, via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to the contact point below. Your position on the list is never published.

2. Abuse protection

To prevent automated mass sign-ups, we derive a one-way check value from your IP address and keep it for a short time window. The IP address itself is not stored with your entry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the page securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Meta pixel (only with consent)

This page can load a Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). It helps us understand how the page is found and lets us show our updates to relevant people on Instagram and Facebook. The pixel loads only after you accept it in the notice at the bottom of the page, and not at all if you decline or ignore the notice. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can withdraw it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser. Where Meta processes data outside the EU, it does so on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Without consent, no Meta cookie is set and nothing is sent to Meta.

4. Recipients

The page and the list run on Cloudflare (hosting and database, Cloudflare, Inc., USA; transfers on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses). Confirmation, welcome and update emails are sent by Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Cologne, Germany; processing within the EU). Meta only if you consent under section 3. No data is shared beyond this.

After confirming you receive a link to the WhatsApp Channel “The Glam Era”. Joining is voluntary and runs through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) under its own privacy terms. We see neither phone numbers nor names of channel members.

5. Storage period

We keep your data until you withdraw your consent or the purpose is fulfilled, whichever comes first. On withdrawal we delete your first name and email address; the freed position number stays empty so that the order of everyone else does not shift.

Entries that are not confirmed within 90 days are deleted: first name and email address are removed, the position number stays empty.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access and the rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent. You may assert these rights against either of the two controllers, regardless of their internal allocation of responsibilities. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.

7. Joint controllers

For data processing in the context of Nadine Mirada, Nadine Mirada L.L.C-FZ, Dubai (United Arab Emirates), and MH Aesthetic Advisory GmbH, Siebenbrunnengasse 48/1/24, 1050 Vienna, Austria, are joint controllers within the meaning of Art. 26 GDPR. MH Aesthetic Advisory GmbH is responsible for the technical systems and data security; Nadine Mirada L.L.C-FZ is responsible for brand and content.
